DHI is now looking for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to support its transformative journey and help navigate the complex financial landscape of the country while supporting DHI’s growth objectives.

🌟 Position Overview

DHI is seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Financial Officer to lead the financial management functions and provide strategic direction to ensure the sustainable growth of the organization. The CFO will play a crucial role in shaping the financial framework and contribute significantly to the realization of DHI’s 10X Strategy, which focuses on sustainable, value-based growth.

The CFO will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations, including portfolio management, investment strategies, and innovation frameworks. The position will require a seasoned leader capable of driving financial strategy and ensuring that DHI's investments generate maximum impact.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership to the finance function, ensuring effective financial strategies and management of resources.
• Oversee financial operations for the organization and its portfolio companies.
• Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and systems to ensure alignment with DHI's strategic objectives.
• Lead financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and risk management activities.
• Manage investor relations and stakeholder communications related to financial performance.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements in all financial activities.
• Collaborate closely with senior management to support decision-making and long-term strategic goals.

📝 Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum Qualification:
• Master’s degree in finance or an MBA with a specialization in finance; or
• CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst), CA (Chartered Accountant), or CPA (Certified Public Accountant).
• Experience:
• A minimum of 15 years of professional work experience (excluding the study period), with at least 3 years at the P1/GM level or equivalent.
• Skills and Attributes:
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to lead a dynamic and diverse financial team.
• In-depth knowledge of financial strategies, investment management, and risk mitigation.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and evolving environment while managing complex financial portfolios.
