🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell auto spare parts in the assigned regions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and customers, including dealers and suppliers.
• Meet or exceed sales targets by identifying sales opportunities and converting leads into sales.
• Prepare and deliver product presentations to customers, ensuring they are informed about product specifications, benefits, and availability.
• Provide timely after-sales support to customers and resolve any product-related issues or inquiries.
• Collaborate with other teams to manage inventory, stock levels, and order fulfillment.
• Keep abreast of market trends and competitor activities to develop strategies for improving sales performance.

📝 Eligibility Criteria

• Qualification:
• Class XII pass.
• Experience:
• Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in Sales and Marketing in Auto Spare Parts or related fields.
• Skills and Attributes:
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with customers.
• Ability to work under pressure to meet sales targets.
• A proactive, positive attitude and a strong desire to succeed in the sales industry.

💼 Pay and Benefits

• Basic Pay: Nu. 13,375
• Corporate Allowance: 20% of basic pay
• Fixed Allowance: 60% of basic pay
• Additional Benefits: As per SRR 2018
• Salary Range: Nu. 13,375 – Nu. 20,075
