✨ Available Roles and Specializations

1. Lead Frontend React Developer (UI Libraries & Performance Optimization)

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and maintain advanced UI component libraries using React
• Optimize rendering performance, bundle size, and SSR/SSG compatibility
• Implement React patterns such as render props, controlled/uncontrolled components, and custom hooks
• Align components with accessibility standards (WCAG)
• Lead TypeScript best practices and performance audits

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in advanced React development
• Expertise in React 18+, concurrent rendering, memoization, virtualization
• Familiarity with Next.js, Tailwind CSS, Storybook, and frontend testing frameworks
• Experience with monorepo tools (Turborepo, Nx) and React Server Components

2. Senior Backend Engineer (Golang & Node.js – Scalable Systems)

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop scalable microservices using Golang and Node.js
• Optimize relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis)
• Design APIs (REST, gRPC, WebSockets) and implement message-based architectures
• Ensure observability using distributed tracing and metrics tools
• Support containerization and cloud-native deployment using Docker and Kubernetes

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of backend development experience in Go and Node.js
• Proficiency in concurrency patterns, memory management, and event loop optimization
• Experience in secure API design, distributed systems, and CI/CD pipelines
• Familiarity with high-throughput systems, benchmarking, and profiling tools

3. SEO Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and execute SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings
• Perform content audits, keyword research, and on-page optimizations
• Analyze SEO performance using analytics and industry tools
• Coordinate with developers and content teams to align technical and marketing efforts
• Prepare monthly performance reports and technical recommendations

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in SEO or digital marketing
• Strong understanding of search algorithms and ranking factors
• Familiarity with content management systems and HTML/CSS
• Experience with tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Mailchimp
• Knowledge of graphic tools such as Canva or Photoshop is an added advantage
