    Job Description

    As a housekeeper at Haa Heritage Hotel, your role will be essential in maintaining the hotel’s standards of cleanliness, comfort, and guest satisfaction. The key responsibilities include:

    • Cleaning and preparing guest rooms daily to maintain high hygiene standards.

    • Making beds, replacing linens, and providing fresh towels.

    • Dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing rooms and bathrooms.

    • Replenishing room amenities such as soap, shampoo, tea, and drinking water.

    • Reporting any damages, malfunctions, or maintenance issues to the supervisor.

    • Ensuring that guest rooms are welcoming and comfortable at all times.

    • Supporting the housekeeping team in maintaining cleanliness in common areas when required.

    This position plays a vital role in shaping the guest experience, as a clean and well-maintained room leaves a lasting impression on visitors.

    Qualification and Requirements

    • Education: No specific educational qualification is required.

    • Field of Study: General (open to all applicants).

    • Experience: 0 to 2 years of relevant experience in housekeeping or cleaning roles. Freshers are also welcome to apply.

    • Skills Desired:

      • Strong attention to detail.

      • Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

      • Good communication skills.

      • Physical stamina to handle cleaning tasks.
