Eligibility Criteria

Candidates interested in this position must meet the following qualifications and requirements:

Minimum Qualification: Class X (Class XII will be given preference)
Gender: Male candidates are preferred for this particular role
Experience: Prior fieldwork or construction experience is advantageous
Physical Fitness: Must be physically fit and able to work in diverse and sometimes challenging outdoor field conditions
Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills are essential, especially for coordination with supervisors and fellow team members
Team Player: Must be willing to collaborate with other field staff and engineering teams as required

Job Responsibilities

As a Survey Field Assistant, selected candidates will:

Assist survey engineers and senior technicians during land and site survey operations
Handle survey instruments under supervision and ensure they are used accurately and safely
Support in collecting and recording land measurements and relevant field data
Maintain field notes and submit daily reports as required by the survey team leader
Help set up temporary survey stations and markers in designated project areas
Adhere strictly to safety protocols and project guidelines

Candidates should expect a physically engaging role that involves walking, lifting, and working in variable weather conditions. Training and safety briefings will be provided as part of the orientation process.
