As a growing enterprise, the farm is looking for a skilled and dedicated Farm Manager who can oversee daily operations and guide the team of attendants in achieving efficiency and maintaining high standards of production.

    Job Description and Key Responsibilities

    The Farm Manager will serve as the overall supervisor and coordinator for the mushroom farm. The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the farm operates smoothly, efficiently, and in alignment with the company’s goals. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

    1. Supervision of Farm Attendants – Oversee daily work and ensure that each farm worker is carrying out their tasks effectively.

    2. Daily Work Progress Management – Monitor and record the daily progress of mushroom cultivation and related farm activities.

    3. Production Coordination – Ensure that all steps in mushroom production, from inoculation to harvesting, are conducted properly.

    4. Attendance Tracking – Maintain daily attendance records of all farm attendants.

    5. Reporting – Prepare and submit weekly progress reports directly to the CEO.

    6. Inoculation Work – Actively participate in daily inoculation processes to maintain production schedules.

    7. Monitoring the Mushroom Shed – Closely observe the mushroom sheds to ensure proper growth conditions and immediately report any issues to the CEO.

    8. Market Delivery – Ensure timely delivery of fresh mushrooms to the nearest designated market point.


    Qualification and Skills

    • Minimum qualification of Class XII, preferably with a background in agriculture.

    • Strong interest in farming, cultivation, and agricultural practices.

    • Basic knowledge of mushroom production or willingness to learn.

    • Ability to manage people, organize daily activities, and maintain proper records.

    • Good communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

    • Experience in a similar role will be an advantage, though not mandatory.
