    is inviting applications from qualified Bhutanese candidates for a Program Support Assistant role under its Sponsorship Program. The position is offered as a project-based consultancy contract in Thimphu, Bhutan.

    About the Role

    The Program Support Assistant will provide support across different areas of programme implementation, including project planning, budgeting, monitoring, reporting, partner coordination, communications and documentation.

    The role will also contribute to maintaining programme quality, donor compliance and safeguarding standards.

    The selected candidate will support youth-led SHIFT campaigns and workshops and coordinate with partners and other stakeholders to facilitate effective programme delivery.

    Qualification

    Applicants should have a Bachelor's degree in one of the following or a related field:

    • Social Sciences

    • International Development

    • Project Management

    Experience and Skills

    Candidates should have approximately 2–3 years of relevant experience in project coordination, programme support or a related area.

    Applicants should preferably have experience in:

    • Project planning and budgeting

    • Monitoring and reporting

    • Stakeholder coordination

    • Working with diverse partners

    • Programme documentation and communication

    Knowledge of child development and development programming will be considered an advantage.
