The Ministry of Finance invites applications from eligible in-service civil servants for the post of Chief Procurement Officer.

Important Information

As per RCSC approval dated 19 September 2024, P2 civil servants with at least one “Very Good” performance rating in the last two years are also eligible to apply for P1(M) positions. This waiver remains valid until the moderation deadline for FY 2025–2026.

Eligible in-service candidates currently serving at P2A, who meet the minimum qualification and other criteria under Section 11.7.3 of BCSR 2023, may apply.

Result of Leadership Potential Assessment & Situational Judgement Test (Psychometric Test)
Certificate of completion of Leadership Development Program (LDP)
Certificates of completion for Ethics & Integrity e-learning courses (Level 1 and Level 2) administered by the Anti-Corruption Commission

Selection Process

Shortlisting will be based on Psychometric Test results and Integrity Vetting Report
Interview dates will be communicated to shortlisted candidates via email
