The Board Governance Committee of T Bank Limited invites applications from eligible, qualified, and experienced Bhutanese professionals for the position of Chief Executive Officer (CEO).

📌 Position Details

• Job Title: Chief Executive Officer

• Organization: T Bank Limited

• Employment Type: Contract

• Contract Period: Initial term of 5 years, extendable for an additional 5 years subject to performance and approval by the Annual General Meeting

🎓 Qualification & Experience Requirements

Applicants must meet the following minimum criteria:

• Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university through a regular (full-time) program

  • Candidates without a Bachelor’s Degree but possessing a Master’s Degree from a recognized university through a regular (full-time) program will also be considered

• Experience:

  • Minimum 15 years of work experience

  • Must include at least 5 years of active service at Chief / General Manager level or above for corporate employees, or P1 level and above for civil servants

  • Only 1 year and 6 months of study period will be counted as active service

💼 Remuneration

• Salary & Benefits: Negotiable and commensurate with qualifications, experience, and prevailing market standards

📋 Additional Eligibility Conditions

• Applicants must not be more than 65 years of age at the time of application

• The appointed CEO shall resign upon completion of two consecutive terms or upon reaching 70 years of age, whichever is earlier

• Candidates who previously served as CEO of another Financial Institution may apply after completing a minimum cooling-off period of six (6) months

• Appointment is subject to Fit and Proper Assessment and issuance of a No Objection Letter from the Royal Monetary Authority (RMA)
