Chief Development Regulatory Officer (3 Slots)
- Superstructure: Technical Service
- Position Level: P1A
- Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Urban Development, Urban Design, Architecture, or Civil Engineering
- Place of Posting:
  - Compliance & Enforcement Division, Thimphu
  - Development Regulatory Division, Samdrup Jongkhar
  - Development Regulatory Division, Phuentsholing
Chief Urban Planner (1 Slot)
- Superstructure: Technical Service
- Position Level: P1A
- Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Urban Development, Urban Design, or Regional Planning (Master’s preferred)
- Place of Posting: Urban Planning Division, Samdrup Jongkhar Thromde

Eligibility:
In-service civil servants within the same superstructure who meet the eligibility criteria may apply. Applications must be submitted to the HR Division at hrd@moit.gov.bt no later than 13th October 2025.

Additional Notes:

Applicants must demonstrate leadership potential and have completed the Situational Judgement Test administered by the RCSC.
Applicants should have a minimum of “Very Good” for both performance and potential assessment for either FY 2023–2024 or FY 2024–2025.
Selection and placement of candidates will be based on merit ranking.
