Vacancy Re-announcement: Chief Program Officer at Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport (MoIT)

The Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport (MoIT) is pleased to re-announce the vacancy for the position of Chief Program Officer (P1 Management Position) under the Administration Service.

The position is classified at P1A level and requires a Bachelor’s Degree as the minimum qualification. There is one slot available, and the selected candidate will be posted at the Bhutan Construction & Transport Authority, Services and Management Division.

Eligibility:
In-service civil servants within the same superstructure who meet the eligibility criteria may apply. Interested applicants should submit their application along with the required documents to the HR Division at hrd@moit.gov.bt no later than 13th October 2025.

Additional Information:

Applicants must demonstrate leadership potential and have completed the Situational Judgement Test administered by RCSC.
Applicants should have a minimum of “Very Good” rating for both performance and potential assessment for either FY 2023–2024 or FY 2024–2025.
Placement of selected candidates will be based on merit ranking.
