- Eligibility Criteria: Class VIII passed

- Curriculum Vitae
- Mark Sheet and Pass Certificate for Class X and XII
- Mark sheet (semester-wise) and Completion/Provisional Certificate for Degree/Diploma/VTI/TTI (submit grade conversion of marksheet if marks are awarded in CGPA)
- Scanned Copy of Valid Medical Fitness Certificate (not older than 6 months; overwriting not accepted unless authenticated by the examining doctor)
- Scanned Copy of Valid Citizenship Identity Card (both sides)
- Valid Security Clearance Certificate (verifiable online by DGPC)
Note: Applications missing any mandatory documents, whether in part or whole, or not clearly scanned, will be rejected without reason.
DGPC reserves the right to adjust the number of intakes or not select any candidates based on their qualifications, experience, capabilities, and interview performance. DGPC may also select the next candidate based on merit ranking if a selected candidate withdraws.
