- Supporting safe and secure flight operations
- Managing and coordinating aircraft operations
- Maintaining and updating operational manuals (OM-B / SOP)

- Managing technical documentation and records
- Supporting flight crew with EFB, Flysmart, and technical tools
- Assisting in audits, inspections, and safety reviews
- Planning routes and schedules based on aircraft performance
