The Management of Bhutan Development Bank (BDB) is pleased to announce a vacancy for the post of Recovery Assistant, approved in the 18th HRC Meeting held on September 30, 2025.

Position Details

Position: Recovery Assistant
Number of Slots: 10
Employment Type: Temporary (one-year term)
Gross Salary: Nu. 20,000 per month
Future Employment Scope: Based on performance and the Bank’s requirement
Preference: Candidates with experience in banking or financial institutions, or those who have completed internships in banks, will be preferred.
